06 February 2009 Orlando Bloom to star in new sci-fi movie.
The actor has signed up to appear in Andrew Niccol's forthcoming thriller, 'The Cross', filming is due to start filming in July. The plot is set in a boarder town in the near future, where his character is attempting to do what no one has done before, and cross a mysterious border.
He will star alongside Bond girl Olga Kurylenko and French actor Vincent Cassel.
Orlando Bloom can next be seen in upcoming romance 'New York I Love You'.
